Tournament Procedures

 

1. All students come in and out of the field through the gate by Office 123.  They should finish all of their food before entering the field. And dump it in the trash bins next to the gates.
2. All sponsoring teachers should be present on game days plus volunteer to supervise one more day (unless playing two games in one week)
3. Games start at 12:25 and will end at 12:45PM—Twenty (20) minute games. Teams have 7 minutes to get ready to play—this includes changing clothes and setting up the goals.  No student shall be dismissed early from 4rd period and be given tardy excuses to 5^th period.
4. Sponsoring teachers are responsible for managing the sidelines (behind defending goals nobody should be in the middle of the field) before, during, and after the game. Make sure players are orderly before and during the game and area is left clean after used.
5. Sponsoring teachers both sign the game card with correct score and turn in to Mr. Olivares for score keeping and standings.
6. Only participating team players are allowed on the field at all times.
7. All games will be played per schedule and if there is a change it is up to Mr. Olivares only.
8. Absolutely no misconduct (fighting, use of abusive language, trashing school property, going against school and tournament policies and procedures, etc.) will not be tolerated and players or teams will be expelled from tournament. The Tournament Sponsors expect FAIR PLAY at all times
